Who I Support & How I Can Help

There are many reasons why you might find yourself looking for support.

You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected from yourself. You might be navigating neurodivergence, experiencing a period of change, trying to understand patterns from your past, rebuilding confidence, or simply reaching a point where you know something needs to change but you’re not quite sure what comes next.

As a Wellbeing Coach, my approach is individual, compassionate and strengths-based. I bring together coaching, neurodiversity-informed practice, trauma awareness, presence and holistic wellbeing to support you in understanding yourself and finding practical, meaningful ways forward.

Neurodiversity

As a qualified Strength-Based Neurodiversity & Inclusion Practitioner, I support neurodivergent individuals and families with greater understanding of their individual strengths, challenges and needs.

Our work may explore areas such as ADHD and executive functioning, emotional regulation, confidence and self-esteem, routines and transitions, communication, overwhelm and developing strategies that work with your individual way of thinking rather than against it.

My approach is not about trying to make someone fit a particular idea of what is “normal”. It is about understanding the individual and helping them recognise both their needs and their strengths..

Trauma-Informed Wellbeing

Experiences from our past can influence how we think, feel and respond to situations in the present.

Through my training as a Trauma Healing Practitioner, I take a gentle, trauma-informed approach that recognises the importance of emotional safety, choice, individual pace and personal boundaries.

Together, we can explore patterns, strengthen self-awareness, identify personal resources and develop supportive ways of moving forward.

Trauma does not have to become your identity. Our focus is on understanding what may be influencing you today while supporting greater connection with yourself and the life you want to create.

Life Changes, Confidence & Finding Direction

Sometimes there isn’t one specific problem — life simply no longer feels quite right.

You may be navigating a career or relationship change, parenthood, midlife, loss, changing family circumstances or a shift in your sense of identity and purpose.

Coaching gives you space to step away from everyday pressures, reflect on what matters to you now and explore your next steps.

Rather than telling you what you should do, I help you ask different questions, recognise your strengths and discover choices that may have become difficult to see when you are overwhelmed or uncertain.

Presence & Holistic Wellbeing

Our minds can spend enormous amounts of time revisiting the past or worrying about what might happen next.

As a certified Teacher of Presence, my approach is also influenced by the principles of present-moment awareness — learning to notice thoughts and emotions without automatically becoming consumed by them and reconnecting with the life that is happening now.

My background as a Reiki Practitioner also contributes to my holistic understanding of wellbeing and the importance of considering the whole person — mind, emotions, body and personal experience.

These elements can be incorporated where they feel appropriate to you. You do not need to have spiritual beliefs or follow any particular philosophy to work with me.

Coaching That Meets You Where You Are

Every person is different, which means every coaching relationship will be different too.

Some people come looking for practical strategies. Some want to understand themselves better. Others need space to reflect, rebuild confidence or work out what they want from the next chapter of their lives.

We start with where you are now, identify what you would like to be different, and create an approach that works for you.
